What You’ll Do

As AI Lead Engineer, you’ll take ownership of our agentic coding engine — the brain behind Airtop’s automations. You’ll work closely with the founders and engineering leads to architect, build, and optimize the AI infrastructure powering our product.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Designing and scaling our agentic code generation engine
• Building web automation primitives using DOM analysis, visual context, and execution history
• Defining and executing our AI strategy across multiple LLMs and frameworks
• Leading applied research on custom models and orchestration techniques
• Owning the full lifecycle from experimentation → implementation → production
• Driving performance improvements in speed, reliability, and cost
• Collaborating cross-functionally with product and engineering teams
• Helping build and mentor a high-performing AI team

Tech Stack & Tools

• Multi-model LLM orchestration: OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, OSS models
• Frameworks: LangChain, LangGraph, custom in-house agents
• Infra: Cloud-based execution engine with real-time browser automation
• Integrations: MCP protocol, n8n, Make, and other SaaS tools

Who You Are

• 6+ years in engineering, with 2+ years in LLMs, code gen, or agentic systems
